Customer Success Specialist/
Sales Regional Representative

Kaliber AI is hiring an experienced Sales Representative / Customer Success Specialist to build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons and their staff and support our work developing the next generation of AI-powered, surgical software solutions. We’re a highly collaborative, mission-driven company and are looking for someone who’s excited about what we’re building and eager to contribute to the adoption and growth of

our products.
 
This position will be responsible for both business development and product implementation. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record building client relationships and servicing and selling to customers, plus a mindset that allows them to “establish the new, foster the old, and handle the unique.” Candidates should be able and eager to learn new technologies and communicate relevant concepts to customers with varying degrees of technical expertise. This position is based in the greater St. Louis area.

Responsibilities
 

  • Establish new – and maintain current – relationships with minimally invasive surgeons

  • Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships, and by developing and implementing sales strategies

  • Implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies to competitively position the organization and to meet/exceed company objectives

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients (includes managing onboarding, implementation, and training, increasing adoption, and ensuring retention and high levels of customer satisfaction)

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts and own related documentation

  • Build trust and rapport with assigned accounts while identifying areas of opportunity

  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs, maximize implementation, and communicate learnings

  • Train clinic practices in the use of Kaliber products

  • Remain current on industry, customer, and competitive trends

  • Participate in and attend meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required

Qualifications
 

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Demonstrated success in marketing and sales to orthopedic surgeons

  • 7-10 years demonstrated sales success in the arthroscopic orthopedic/MIS Industry

  • Desire to learn and command a high level of technical information

  • Deep understanding of arthroscopic human anatomy as it relates to surgery and respective surgical procedures
     

Location
 

This position is open at our St. Louis office. Some of our positions require employees to be on-site in the office to create a better collaborative and efficient work environment. Employees may have to visit customer sites including medical facilities. Depending on the site's health and safety guidelines, you may be required to have medical screenings or vaccinations to meet site requirements, which may include Covid-19 vaccination and/or testing.
