Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Matthew Johansen Joins Kaliber Surgeon Advisory Board

San Francisco, CA. April 4, 2024 – Kaliber Labs has announced that Dr. Matthew Johansen, Board Certified and Fellowship Trained Orthopedic Surgeon at Beacon Orthopedics, has joined the company’s Surgeon Advisory Board.

Dr. Johansen graduated Summa Cum Laude from Virginia Tech in 2004 and went on to complete his Medical Degree at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio in 2010. Prior to joining Beacon Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine in 2016, Dr. Johansen completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C., and his Adult Reconstruction Fellowship at the renowned Anderson Orthopaedic Research Institute in Alexandria, VA. Dr. Johansen is known for his expertise in patient comfort and recovery, often enabling his patients to return home within 24 hours of surgery.
